Fishbones Oyster Bar & Seafood Grill is now open for the 2011 season. General Manager Brent Byrnes and Chef Adam Loo invite you and your guests to dine with them, in what is shaping up to be Fishbones finest season yet.

Located in Downtown Charlottetown on Historic Victoria Row, Fishbones Oyster Bar & Seafood Grill specializes in seafood and local fare. Eat inside in air conditioned comfort or outside on our beautiful street side patio. Enjoy our raw bar serving fresh local oysters, sashimi and shrimpers all prepared for you by our bar side chef. Have one of our bartender’s shake you up one of our Cocktails, Margaritas or pour you a locally brewed Gahan Ale.

Fishbones Oyster Bar and Seafood Grill uses a variety of PEI and Maritime ingredients that are grown, harvested and supplied, from an extensive list of farmers, fisherman and purveyors. They provide us with product that is kind to our natural surroundings, have adapted processes of sustainability, and use any by-products in a way that allows them to rekindle the entire process. Taking these measures allow us to focus on you, our guest, to provide the freshest possible ingredients from farm or boat to your table.
